Marc Cobo
Vice President of Finance and Controller
Marc joined BBOT in May 2025 as Vice President of Finance and Controller. Marc brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, compliance, and financial analysis activities. Prior to joining BBOT, Marc serviced as Chief Accounting Officer at both SFJ Pharmaceuticals and Tricida and held multiple senior roles in other life sciences and technology companies with increasing responsibilities and oversight. He began his career in audit at Ernst and Young LLP in the firms life sciences and technology practices.
Marc holds a BS in accounting from Santa Clara University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
